We accept returns within 2 days of the date of delivery.

1.2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.Returns will only be accepted for factory defects or issues with the product that are beyond the customer’s control.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if the return is due to reasons other than factory defects. If the return is due to a factory defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Refunds

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4.1. Exchange Process

If you receive a defective product, we will gladly replace it with the same item or a similar item of equal value. Costumetopia will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges due to factory defects.
